Wayne Gustin

DIRECTOR OF RNG OPERATIONS

Wayne Gustin leads RNG operations at ESI customer sites, with over 20 years of experience managing, operating, and constructing Landfill Gas to Energy (LFGTE) and Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) projects across the U.S.

His experience has spanned all business aspects of landfill gas to energy projects and RNG projects across the country, including safety, operations, P&L, asset management, origination, development, and technical due diligence.

As Director of RNG Operations, Wayne serves ESI's RNG o&m customers—supporting daily operations and process optimization as well as ongoing maintenance, repairs and upgrades. Wayne is currently based in Texas, but travels throughout the U.S.
